Product Description
Vacuum insulation panel made of fumed silica core contents two major parts: fumed silica core material and high barrier laminates. As a special composite made of core materials and protective layers, it is integrated with the superiority of vacuum insulation and micro-pore heat insulation, effectively stopping convective heat transfer to perfect thermal insulation. With a thermal conductivity of lower than 0.0045w/m.k and minimum thickness of 10mm thicknesses, vacuum insulation panel based on fumed silica core material uses fumed silica core materials with a higher expected lifetime and the environmental protection materials that can be recycled and reused.
Compared with traditional foam insulation materials including PU, EPS etc, energy-saving, space-saving and environment-friendly vacuum insulation panel contains no ODS (ozone depleting substances) in its manufacturing process and could be widely applied in below applications:
Refrigerators,freezers and wine coolers.
Refrigerated trucks and Transportation systems
